Traveling Vineyard A Flexible Way to Earn Additional Income - Classy Career Girl

Traveling Vineyard A Flexible Way to Earn Additional Income Looking for a side hustle to earn a little extra income while you’re still trying to figure out your dream job? Looking for a flexible career that allows you to work from home and set your own schedule? Let us introduce you to Traveling Vineyard. Traveling Vineyard is a special direct sales company that lets people earn a flexible income by doing what they love. Sharing their passion for wine, with friends!  Who doesn’t love a little wine drinking with their friends?! The company has more than 5,000 Wine Guides across the country that have discovered the fulfillment, friendship, flexibility, financial reward and fun that comes with educating others about great-tasting wines. And they’re looking to double that number and get YOU involved! Becoming a Wine Guide is easyâ€"there is a small upfront investment, the company provides you with all of the tools that you need to host your first tasting, and there are no sales quotas to meet or requirements to purchase inventory. Traveling Vineyard’s mission is to share the love of good wine with the world. They want to demystify wine and make tastings less stuffy. They are accomplishing those goals through the use of their Wine Guides and in-home tastings. Traveling Vineyard has a great productâ€"award-winning wines that are sourced from grapes all over the world and blended to perfection by their expert winemakers.   Whether it’s through the Wine Club or Sommology (which elevates any wine tasting using simple, easy to find ingredients and recipes to yield powerful AHA! moments and a whole new level of fun and appreciation to sipping wine), Traveling Vineyard is a company that aims to provide quality, affordable wine, and unforgettable experiences. An added bonus? Traveling Vineyard wines are consistently winning wine awards, which Wine Guide’s receive a 20% discount on for personal purchases! Who doesn’t love a good discount?! I know I do! Last week, I had the opportunity to speak with Debbie Allen, a Diamond Director for Traveling Vineyard. She has been with the company for eight years and is one of only two Diamond Directors in the entire company.   Debbie began as a Wine Guide with Traveling Vineyard to satisfy her family’s need for additional monthly income. She never set out to become a top seller or achieve the Diamond Director status, but after learning more about Traveling Vineyard, she decided to increase her knowledge of the direct sales process and start building her own team. Through hard work and determination, Debbie has grown her team to more than 1,300 people nationwide! To grow such an outstanding team and network of Guides, Debbie placed an emphasis on relationships. She recognizes and rewards each of her team members for their accomplishments. She says, “It all comes back to the team. You only get to this level by training, inspiring, and motivating others to achieve their goals.” Traveling Vineyard has not only provided a second source of income for Debbie’s family, but it has also provided her with the ability to spend more time with her children. Traveling Vineyard has allowed Debbie the freedom and flexibility to see her children on and off the bus each day and travel with them to soccer games and track meets.   Several things stood out to Debbie when deciding whether or not she wanted to start working with Traveling Vineyard. She loved that she could work from home without having to pay for childcare, could arrange her own schedule (She likes to host her tastings on Wednesday and Thursday nights!), didn’t have to keep any inventory on hand, or meet ridiculous sales quotas. She also LOVES the product. “Wine will never go out of style and people will always drink it.  It’s one of the best products to sell!” As Debbie says, “Traveling Vineyard can be anything you want it to be!” If you’re interested in becoming a Wine Guide or to find a tasting near you, visit www.TravelingVineyard.com.
